Job Summary & Qualifications Responsible for delivering comprehensive, compassionate care, following established nursing models such as “Assess ‑ Perform ‑ Teach ‑ Manage,” and acting as an advocate for patients, families and caregivers. What you will do in this role Assess patient condition during admission and at each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting changes in status. Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions ordered by the medical provider, and document care accurately in the medical record. Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and respond appropriately to adverse reactions. Provide prompt, exceptional care, anticipating and resolving patient needs. Educate patients, families and caregivers about the medical condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects and follow‑up measures, using clear language. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Nursing school: Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice or hold an active Compact/Multi‑State RN license. Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification. Minimum 6 months of RN experience in an acute‑care setting.
