Production Associate – Entry Level (Paid Training)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

U.S. Glove is hiring Production Associates for our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level production position — no experience required. We provide paid, on-the-job training.

For over 40 years, U.S. Glove has manufactured high-performance gymnastics grips and wrist supports used by Olympic and elite athletes worldwide.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for candidates seeking:

• Entry-level manufacturing jobs
• Production or assembly work
• Sewing machine operator training

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial machines (training provided)
• Assemble and sew products to quality standards
• Perform repetitive production tasks with accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently in a team-based manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift
