We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Lathe Machinist to join our dynamic team in De Pere, WI. Responsibilities- Program,Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.
- Proven experience as a CNC lathe machinist or similar role.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- G-Code
- CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
