Associate Director, Patient Services Business Design

AbbVie seeks an Associate Director to bridge business strategy and operational execution within Patient Services. The role involves leading a team to design and optimize patient support programs through business architecture, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of direct reports and contractors to develop and execute business designs aligned with strategy
• Analyze unit strategy and develop actionable plans connecting strategy to people, processes, and technology
• Identify and model business capabilities and value streams to deliver positive patient experiences
• Analyze operational processes, identify gaps, and develop recommendations for improvement and cost savings
• Produce and maintain architecture deliverables including capability models, operating models, and business roadmaps

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years management experience leading teams at product, brand, or enterprise level
• 7+ years translating business needs into solution design
• 3+ years in business design, architecture, analysis, or solutions architecture
• Experience in patient services environment preferred
• Strong business acumen and process efficiency expertise
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in matrixed environments
