Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

QA Automation Engineer We are seeking a professional with 4–5 years of experience in test automation who has hands‑on expertise in TOSCA and Playwright along with strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript. Location: Jersey City, NJ Onsite (Local candidates preferred) Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and execute automated test frameworks using TOSCA and Playwright. Design and implement automated test cases for web applications and backend systems. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams throughout the SDLC. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Git. Perform backend validation using SQL and support end‑to‑end quality assurance initiatives. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvements. Required Skills 4–5 years of QA Automation experience. Hands‑on experience with TOSCA and Playwright. Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript. Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and CI/CD methodologies. Experience with Jira/Octane, Jenkins, Git, and test management tools. Strong SQL skills for database validation and testing. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
