Salary: $25 per hour

Lead Maintenance Technician (HVAC certified): $1,000 Signing Bonus - 50 Unit Community located in New Braunfels, TX

• Rate: $25/hour plus renewal bonuses

• Signing Bonus: $1,000 - paid in two installments: $500 after six months of positive employment and $500 after twelve months
• Requirements: Prior experience as a lead or assistant lead in apartment maintenance, HVAC certification, and strong knowledge of pools (certification preferred but not required).

Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience as a lead or assistant in the multifamily industry,ac certification,electrical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. We are seeking a candidate with a professional appearance and attitude, good communication skills, availability to be on-call, own tools, reliable transportation, etc. 40% housing discount, medical/dental benefits, paid vacation and holidays, etc.
