Trauma Sales Representative - Detroit, MI
Stryker Orthopaedics
Stryker seeks a Trauma Sales Representative for a field-based role in Detroit covering orthopedic trauma procedures. This position combines consultative sales, surgical case support, and territory management with an on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Manage designated territory to achieve sales goals and market growth targets
- Provide on-site surgical support ensuring availability of trauma products and instruments
- Educate surgeons, OR staff, and healthcare professionals on product functionality and applications
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and product availability for scheduled and emergent cases
- Respond to customer requests and trauma case needs including on-call participation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare/sales experience
- Ability to participate in on-call schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
- Product presentation or technical training experience (preferred)
- Territory-based B2B sales management experience (preferred)
