BaristaThe Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, friendly, and committed to creating a welcoming environment for guests.Key Responsibilities:Drink Preparation:Prepare a wide range of coffee and espresso-based beverages according to established recipes.Ensure consistency and quality in each drink, from brewing coffee to creating latte art.Follow proper techniques for grinding, brewing, and steaming milk.Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests with a warm attitude and assisting with orders.Educate customers on menu items, making recommendations based on preferences.Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.Cleaning and Maintenance:Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, machines, and utensils.Regularly clean coffee equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently and safely.Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.Cash Handling:Process customer transactions accurately, including handling cash and credit card payments.Balance the cash register at the end of each shift.Qualifications:Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required.Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and a passion for coffee preparation.Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
