Your Role In Recovery As an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist, you’re the go‑to expert for people who are recovering from injuries, surgeries, or just dealing with the day‑to‑day aches and pains of life. Your job is to help them get back to feeling awesome, one move at a time. Custom Treatment Plans: Design personalized treatment plans involving stretching, strengthening, and modalities such as ultrasound, heat, ice, and more. Therapeutic Exercises and Manual Therapy: Lead patients through exercises and stretches that build strength and flexibility. Progress Tracking: Monitor patient progress, adjusting the treatment plan as needed. Patient Coach and Educator: Teach patients injury prevention, good posture, and confidence in movement. Team Player: Collaborate with orthopedic doctors, surgeons, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care. High Fives and High Expectations: Celebrate patients’ returns to active lives—running, biking, or playing with grandkids. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist required; new grads encouraged to apply. A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding outcomes.
