Job Details Job Category: Professional Student Services Requisition Number: CASEM017526 Full-Time On-site Rate: $21.86 per hour Location West Palm Beach, Florida Position Case Manager at Palm Beach Youth Academy Palm Beach Youth Academy provides evidence-based mental health and substance abuse services for at‑risk males in a healing environment near the beaches of Southeast Florida. Pay & Benefits Pay starts at $21.86 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, company‑paid life insurance (within 90 days), 401(k) match up to 6% after 1 year, paid time off. Additional benefits may be available. Responsibilities As a Case Manager, you will: Administrate, develop, and facilitate completion of case plans and treatment programs per agency requests and student needs. Collaborate with professional staff to establish and meet youth treatment goals by providing individual counseling and skill development. Communicate with families, probation officers, referral agencies, etc., on youth progress. Provide a supportive environment, monitor and document clinical behaviors, and assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities. Qualifications To be considered you should: Possess a BA/BS in a related field. Have prior case management experience, including at least three years with juveniles. Be at least 21 years old. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (THC not required), physical, TB test, and child abuse registry search. Schedule 5 days on, 2 days off – 40 hours per week.
