Enterprise Medical is assisting in recruiting Family Medicine Physicians for a multi-specialty group in Lompoc, California.

About the Opportunity

• These positions are 100% Outpatient - Unless the physician chooses to follow their patient to earn more RVU's
• $285K or $55 per wRVU, whichever is greater
• Independent contractor arrangement
• Paid family health insurance, malpractice with tail coverage, and six weeks PTO
• 32-patient contact hours per week
• See 15-18 patients per day, mostly adult
• $6K for APP supervision, not a requirement
• eClinicalWorks EMR
