Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys
• Manage and organize case files, discovery materials, and client records
• Coordinate court filings, deadlines, and docket management
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of paralegal experience, in New York
• Plaintiff, Personal injury experience required 
• Must be bilingual in Spanish 
• Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
• Strong knowledge of New York court procedures, filing systems, and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
