With more than 40 years in the industry, Conner continues to deliver reliable, tailored packaging solutions that meet the demands of our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating a forklift, shipping and receiving, stacking lumber and assisting in other warehouse operations.Duties And RequirementsSupport the supply chain by efficiently collecting, loading, shipping, and receiving warehouse products.Operate technical equipment to optimize loading and unloading for seamless logistics.Assist with various warehouse functions to maintain smooth business operations.Read and interpret job orders accurately to ensure correct processing.Stay self-motivated and consistently meet daily performance expectations set by the supervisor.Exercise sound judgment in decision-making and problem-solving.Learn to identify wood species and material grades.Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment for yourself and your team.Adhere to attendance expectations and maintain a reliable work schedule.Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Perform additional tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations.
