Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Telemetry

Location: Muskegon, MI

Start Date: 02-08-2026

End Date: 10-31-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Night shift (3x12-hour shifts)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess telemetry readings for cardiac patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Provide education to patients and families on post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate patient records and document care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Michigan or compact state
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of MS Tele experience preferred
• Ability to interpret telemetry rhythms

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR)
