Job Description

TOYOTA OF HERNANDO · CAREERS

It's never one person. It's all of us.

We built this dealership from the ground up, and we are building our team the same way: with people who take pride in earning every guest's trust. Our sales are growing, and our leaders come from within.

• Guide guests through finding and purchasing their next vehicle.
• Build lasting relationships that earn repeat business and referrals.
• Work alongside sales, finance, and service as one team.

• A career, not a job: we promote from within.
• A brand guests trust: selling vehicles people already want.
• Paid training: no experience required, we train the right people.

• Previous sales experience a plus; automotive sales experience not required.
• Desire to learn and grow your career as a sales professional.
• Availability to work evenings and Saturdays; we're closed on Sunday for faith and family.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Toyota of Hernando is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
