At Happy Egg this full-time role offers the opportunity to take on a variety of responsibilities across farm operations, from equipment maintenance to environmental testing, while playing a key role in ensuring the farm runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary Focus Areas :
  • Facility & Grounds Maintenance
  • Machinery & Equipment Operation & Maintenance
  • Artificial Insemination & Selection Assistance
  • Bird Condition Monitoring
  • Environmental & Health Testing
• Regular Recordkeeping of farm operations.
• Adherence to all biosecurity and animal welfare policies .
• Assist the Farm Manager with troubleshooting and continuous operational improvements.
• Availability to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed to meet full-time demands.

Job Conditions

• Greater exposure to prolonged standing, lifting (up to 60 lbs), and environmental factors .
• Higher interaction with farm equipment, live animals, and safety procedures.
