Senior RBT & ABA Intervention Lead

InBloom Autism Services in Dallas seeks a Senior Registered Behavior Technician (Sr. RBT) to lead and mentor junior RBTs while delivering high-fidelity ABA interventions under BCBA supervision in home, school, clinic, or community settings. The Sr. RBT will collect data, ensure treatment plan fidelity, collaborate with BCBA/BCaBA teams, and advocate for client progress through ongoing training and ethical practice.
