TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53215!

Job Title: RN Emergency Room Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Current RN license required Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, NIH Certification, MOAB Must-Have: - 2 years of Emergency Department experience - Experience caring for critical care patients - Ability to care for psychiatric and pediatric patient populations - Strong team collaboration skills - Clear and timely communication skills - Ability to escalate concerns appropriately Description: This position requires a commitment to every other weekend or based on department needs. Staff will rotate to cover every other holiday with regular staff. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience with at least 2 prior travel contracts. The role involves caring for critical care patients while maintaining sound clinical judgment and documentation. Applicants must be experienced in caring for psychiatric and pediatric patient populations. Strong collaboration skills are necessary, along with clear and timely communication. The staff member will escalate any concerns appropriately and seek support as needed to ensure patient safety. Familiarity with EPIC is required, and candidates may need to float within their skill set or to locations within 40 miles if necessary.
