• Prioritizing opportunities and juggling dozens of touch points at once will be paramount

• You’ll spend most of your time in the store solving critical business decisions, client project management, and solving client needs while promoting and selling products and or services.

 

$30,0000 to $100,000. Hourly and commission package

 

 

Qualifications

• Excellent people leadership and client service skills required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and artisans

• Ability to resolves issues in compliance within The Finery House standards

• Available to work flexible hours and holidays

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 years management experience

• Consistently handles product preparation and custom design jobs

• Oversees product preparation, stocking and inventory

•Serves as the local representative of The Finery House in the community and grows sales by sponsoring local marketing or participating in events

• Champions and implements company-wide promotions, product launches and jewelry releases

• Ensures the team executes and measures the impact of local promotions

• Business Planning

• Maintains the balance between providing a high quality employee and guest experience, and achieving financial goals

• Develops sales forecast and creates schedules to ensure standards are exceeded

• Monitors business: previous day numbers, schedules, cash shortage concerns, and inventory

• Reviews inventory and evaluates levels

• Creates, communicates, implements and follows up on operations and financial action plans

• Maintains Brand operating standards
