Sales & Operations Assistant

Insight Global is seeking a Sales Operations & Client Services Coordinator for a growing media organization in Greenville, SC. This individual will play a key role in supporting the sales team through reporting, CRM management, proposal coordination, project tracking, and client support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Responsibilities include:
Prepare sales reports, analytics, and performance tracking for leadership and sales teams.
Manage and maintain CRM data, workflows, account assignments, and publication calendars.
Support sales representatives with proposals, contracts, order entry, and client follow-up.
Assist with process improvements and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate internal projects, deadlines, and communication across departments.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and resolving issues.
Attend internal sales meetings and participate in client calls as needed.
Support office operations, inventory coordination, event planning, and distribution activities.
Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, project coordination, account management, or customer service.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience interpreting business data.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Newspaper Manager, or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
