Customer Experience Representative

We're seeking customer-focused professionals to deliver high-quality service and support across multiple programs. In this role, you'll assist customers via phone and correspondence, resolve inquiries, process account updates, and support retention through up-selling and cross-selling when appropriate.

What You'll Do

• 
  Handle inbound customer calls and written inquiries with professionalism

  Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

  Meet performance goals for quality, productivity, and attendance

  Process customer requests, documentation, and correspondence

  Use product knowledge to support retention and sales opportunities
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  Associate's degree and 1-2 years of experience, or equivalent combination
  
  



• 
  Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
  
  



• 
  Background in sales and/or upselling
  
  



• 
  Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  
  



• 
  Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  
  



• 
  Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to learn
