Columbus Dental Smile is looking for a friendly, motivated, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our growing team! We are seeking a team-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced dental environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities- Assist dentists during patient examinations and dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and equipment are ready
- Provide patients with a comfortable and positive dental experience
- Take dental X-rays and assist with clinical procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Sterilize instruments and follow infection control procedures
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral health recommendations
- Support the dental team with daily office operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred but not required
- Dental assisting certification or relevant training is a plus
- Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused personality
- Reliable, motivated, and dependable work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the dental field
