**Experience and Skills:** - At least 1 travel contract completed [preferred] - Epic experience [required] - Work history/resume [required] - Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date) [required] **Licensure and Certifications:** - State license [required] - CPR [required] - Mandatory reporter [required] - BLS (AHA) [required] - License verification [required] - Copy of required certifications **Other Requirements:** - New grad okay - Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months [required] - Driver's License [required] - References - 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission [required] - All candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility (based on driver's license). **Locations and Trauma Center Levels:** - Madison, Sioux City, Bettendorf, Fort Dodge: level 3 trauma center - Moline: level 2 trauma center - Muscatine: level 4 trauma center - Rock Island: level 1 trauma center **Preferred/Specific Skills:** - Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team, contributing professional/clinical knowledge and skills in patient care management. - Willingness to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
