• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, extend courtesies, and take messages as needed
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, tests, and procedures with patients and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and confidential records, including patient charts and medical records
• Handle cash transactions, manage petty cash, and perform basic accounting tasks
• Assist with routine administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination
