What You Will Do:

• Safely operate Class A or Class B CDL vehicles to deliver, pick up, and transport roll-off dumpsters and waste hauling equipment throughout the service area.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, identify equipment concerns, and help maintain a safe, road-ready fleet.
• Follow assigned routes, dispatch instructions, customer schedules, and transportation logistics plans while providing professional service at every stop.
• Secure loads, perform loading and unloading activities as needed, and operate vehicles in accordance with DOT compliance and safety standards.
• Accurately complete driver logs, delivery documentation, inspection reports, and other required transportation records.
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers, customers, and teammates to resolve route changes, jobsite needs, and service questions efficiently.

What You Will Bring:

• You hold a valid Class A CDL or Class B CDL and have the confidence to operate commercial vehicles safely in a customer-facing environment.
• You understand DOT compliance, safe driving practices, vehicle inspections, and the importance of protecting yourself, the public, and the team.
• You have an air brake endorsement or the ability to meet applicable commercial driving and endorsement requirements.
• You are dependable, punctual, and able to manage routes, schedules, and changing jobsite conditions with sound judgment.
• You bring a service-focused attitude and can communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and fellow transportation professionals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a roll-off truck driver, waste hauler, dump truck driver, local CDL driver, heavy equipment operator, or LTL driver is highly valued.
• Experience with routing, dispatching, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, or loading and unloading is beneficial.
• Additional credentials such as double trailer, hazardous materials, N endorsement, P endorsement, or a Transportation Worker Identification Credential may be an advantage where applicable.
