Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants in our inpatient rehabilitation unit

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

• Conduct regular assessments to ensure patient needs are met and goals are being achieved

• Foster a positive and respectful work environment by promoting open communication and providing guidance and support to staff members

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and effective care coordination

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care and service, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
