Sales Associate – Aaron’s The salary range for this role is $12.25 to $13.00 per hour. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance. About the role As a Sales Associate at Aaron’s, you’ll be a positive, energetic force on the store floor, engaging customers, helping them find what they need, and creating a welcoming environment. You’ll also handle customer files, contracts, and support sales operations while staying physically active and safe.
