Job Duties

• Work on the wash rack, pressure-washing tools, scrape, and paint
• Break down tools and prepare them for redeployment
• Perform any other duties as directed

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial

Experience Requirements

• Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments
• Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Shop Hand

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments

• As a Shop Hand you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions
• You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations
