Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Architecture, Digital Design, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related discipline.
• We prefer relevant certifications in UX, usability, accessibility, or design.
• We are seeking at least 5 years of experience in UX design, digital workplace solutions, SharePoint Online, information architecture, employee experience, or a related area.
• We need hands-on experience designing SharePoint Online intranets, communication sites, collaboration portals, and knowledge management solutions.
• We require experience building site structures, navigation frameworks, taxonomy, metadata, and content governance approaches.
• We expect proficiency with UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable platforms.
• We look for excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• We need strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• We require experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• We value the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• We need a strong understanding of user-centered design methods, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Preferred qualifications include UX certifications, Design Thinking certifications, or related professional training.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies and modern workplace solutions is preferred.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices is preferred.
• Familiarity with knowledge management, content governance, and employee communications platforms is preferred.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives is preferred.

• We gather and evaluate business, user, and technical requirements for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 initiatives.
• We design wireframes, mockups, page layouts, navigation models, site maps, and interactive prototypes.
• We create clear information architecture, taxonomy, metadata models, and content organization strategies.
• We conduct stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, workshops, and user research activities.
• We apply UX best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design system principles to deliver consistent experiences.
• We support usability testing and use user feedback to drive ongoing improvements.
• We collaborate with SharePoint developers, Microsoft 365 administrators, communications teams, and business stakeholders.
• We present design concepts, recommendations, and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• We manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
• We contribute to digital workplace design standards, templates, and best practices.
