Responsibilities
- Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients in inpatient and outpatient settings; develop occupational therapy treatment plans in collaboration with the physician.
- Plan and implement ongoing occupational therapy programs as prescribed; coordinate with the rehabilitation team.
- Regularly update treatment plans and home programs; independently manage a full caseload and adjust plans based on insurance authorization.
- Document care in EMR systems (Net Health Therapy and Meditech); maintain compliance and communicate with care teams in a timely manner.
- Ensure appropriate coverage across rehab and acute rehab services; participate in holiday scheduling as required by hospital operations.

Requirements
- Hawaii state license required by start date
- Minimum 2 years' experience with adults in outpatient and acute settings
- BLS certification from American Red Cross
- Ability to function effectively in inpatient and outpatient acute care rehabilitation settings
