The RTE will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of multiple Scrum teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies in a digital technology organization, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Program Increment (PI) Planning: Facilitate PI planning sessions, ensuring alignment of objectives, dependencies, and deliverables across all Scrum teams.Coordination and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding project status, risks, and dependencies.Agile Coaching: Provide guidance and support to Scrum Masters and team members on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks and impediments that may impact the successful delivery of the UHCP Eligibility product.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of the Scrum teams, using metrics and KPIs to drive accountability and transparency.Continuous Improvement: Lead retrospectives and other feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and other RTEs to ensure alignment with business goals and priorities.Release Management: Oversee the release process, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.SRI Tech Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin or citizenship status or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other occupationally irrelevant criteria
