Extracting data from one place, shaping it and transforming and uploading it - pull data and change formatAPIsSoft skills (talking with internal and external stakeholders required)4+ years experienceNice to HavesETL knowledgePython knowledgeAPIsCall center experience/business acumen - understanding what call center directors are looking forDay to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: The day-to-day include creating reports and visualizations using Tableau and using SQL to write the queries to get the write information. Most everything they are creating right now involves call center metrics and new hire data/training program metrics. They are creating dashboards that show new hire graduation success rate, 90-day success rates and pulling data (surveys, assessments, scores) with comparison to attrition.
