Customer Experience Leader — Front-End & Team Training

Five Below in Plainview, NY is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead the store’s customer service strategy and front-end operations. You will train and supervise crew members, ensuring fast, friendly checkout and a WOW customer experience. The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and leadership under pressure.
