Travel Physical Therapist - $2,376 per week

Overview TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Stockton, California. Responsibilities As a PT, evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines for the facility. Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-focused plan of care. Understand adaptive equipment; modify the plan of care as indicated based on patient condition. Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines. Qualifications Physical Therapist (PT) with at least 6–12 months of experience; 1 year preferred. For exceptional candidates with an appropriate background, 6 months may be accepted. Must have BLS and state-specific licensing. Ability to stand and walk for long periods; ability to bend, lean, or stoop as needed. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
