We are seeking two Physical Therapists to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Placerville, California. This role focuses on treating adult and geriatric patients in post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care settings. You’ll work alongside a collaborative therapy team focused on safe mobility, functional improvement, and patient-centered care.
