Patient Recruitment & Promotions Event CoordinatorCleveland University-Kansas City is a leading institution dedicated to providing high-quality chiropractic education and patient care. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Chiropractic Health Center team as a Patient Recruitment and Promotions Events Coordinator. This role will play a vital part in patient recruitment, promoting community outreach events and guiding chiropractic interns in learning effective patient recruitment strategies to grow their patient base.The Patient Recruitment and Promotions Events Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing community outreach events aimed at increasing the Chiropractic Health Center patient base as well as teaching and mentoring chiropractic interns in patient recruitment/patient base expansion methods. This individual will manage budgeting, scheduling, and execution of various patient recruitment events. The successful candidate must exhibit energy, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to excel in this role. A method of reliable transportation is required.Key Responsibilities:Community Outreach Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute community outreach events that focus on patient recruitment while at the same time, demonstrating effective patient recruitment techniques and patient base growth strategies to chiropractic interns.Digital Content Creation: Work with the Director of Clinical Education for digital content creation for web, reviews and social media patient recruitment campaigns.Digital Engagement: Engage with potential leads via social media or web platforms to establish follow up and lead to new patient conversion.Budget Management: Handle budgeting and financial aspects of patient recruitment events, ensuring cost-effective strategies and adherence to allocated budgets.Scheduling and Organization: Work with the Director of Clinical Education to create and maintain detailed event schedules, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.Supporting Clinical Education: Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Education to assist chiropractic interns in their patient recruitment efforts and patient outreach.Networking: Establish and maintain positive relationships with community partners and potential collaborators to enhance the health center's outreach efforts.Data Tracking and Collection: Work with the Director of Clinical Education to collect, analyze, and report data related to patient recruitment events and outreach efforts, helping to identify areas for improvement and growth.Administrative Assistant Duties: Support the health center clinic office with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, data entry, and record management.Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office suite for various tasks, including creating presentations, managing spreadsheets, and generating reports.Qualifications and Skills:Previous experience in event planning, patient recruitment, marketing, or community outreach is advantageous.Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking initiative in problem-solving and decision-making.Experience with social media digital content creation and Google adword experience preferred.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.Reliable transportation to and from local eventsAbility to work occasional weekend or evening eventsEnergetic and enthusiastic, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of chiropractic principles or healthcare industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.Preferred but not required - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Reporting Structure:The Patient Recruitment and Promotions Events Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Clinical Education.Note: This job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to changes based on the needs of the Cleveland University-Kansas City Chiropractic Health Center.Cleveland University-Kansas City Chiropractic Health Center is an equal opportunity employer and encourages candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
