As a Security Officer Day Patrol in Kihei, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and a caring approach while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative mindset to each shift.

Job Schedule:
DayTimeMon09:00 AM - 07:00 PMFri09:00 AM - 07:00 PMSat09:00 AM - 07:00 PMSun09:00 AM - 07:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document relevant details according to site guidelines.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and observe activity at the location, reporting maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
- Support daily property operations by assisting with directions, visitor interactions, and/or routine security-related requests in a professional manner.
Minimum Requirements:
- A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
