In this role, you will provide vital therapeutic support, guiding clients toward emotional and mental well-being within the framework of our community health clinic's comprehensive service offerings, which include obstetrics, pediatrics, general medicine, family planning, and dentistry.

Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Collaborate with primary care providers to assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment goals, making referrals when necessary to specialized mental health facilities. \n
- Monitor patient progress through follow-up consultations, adjusting treatment strategies to enhance effectiveness as needed. \n
- Assist in the development of relapse prevention plans for at-risk patients to maintain their well-being and stability. \n
- Coordinate care delivery with other treatment providers, both within and outside of the primary care setting, ensuring comprehensive support for clients. \n
- Document patient progress meticulously in treatment charts, maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards. \n
- Educate patients on self-management skills and healthy lifestyle choices to empower them in their recovery journey. \n
- Engage with clinic management and fellow team members to provide insights into behavioral services and areas for program evaluation. \n
- Stay current with the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals and participate in ongoing education initiatives. \n
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Arrowhead, you will primarily serve individuals and families facing a range of mental health and psychosocial challenges. - Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field is required. \n
- A current and valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license is mandatory. \n

We offer a competitive salary range of $87,000 to $105,000 per year commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and professional development support.
