Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Where you’ll be working: Location(s): Richardson, Texas (with future opportunity in Mesquite, TX) Setting: Center-Based ABA Population Served: Children ages 2-10 with autism and developmental disabilities Years in Operation: Founded in 2022; clinic location established in 2023 What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later): Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee ABA programming for a caseload of children ages 2-10 Supervise and mentor RBTs while providing parent training and ongoing family support Utilize a combination of NET, DTT, social skills groups, and individualized programming to support client progress Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director and leadership team in a highly supportive, hands-on environment Help support clinic growth and expansion, with opportunities to contribute to future center development and leadership initiatives Build strong relationships with families, communicate effectively, and help create a positive, engaging clinic culture Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter): Caseload size: Typically 7-8 clients Billable hour expectations: Generally 27-30 billable hours per week, with flexibility based on staffing, supervision needs, and clinic demands Support Structure: Direct access to the owner (BCBA) and Clinical Director Collaborative team environment with multiple BCBAs onsite Administrative support for intake, scheduling, billing, and operations Clinical Director oversight while maintaining autonomy in supervision planning Growth opportunities tied to future clinic expansion New Mesquite clinic launch planned, creating additional advancement opportunities Compensation & Perks (real ones): Base salary: $75,000-$85,000 Bonus structure: Additional pay for billable hours above expectations, annual holiday bonuses, and merit-based increases tied to performance and contribution PTO: 7-9 days annually Health benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance through UnitedHealthcare Paid Holidays: Yes CEU support: $500 annual CEU allowance Supervision/mentorship provided: Clinical Director support, owner involvement, collaborative BCBA team environment Schedule flexibility / remote options: Two work-from-home days per month plus flexible scheduling options and flex-time opportunities Additional perks: 401(k) eligibility beginning on day one $2,000 sign-on bonus Flexible scheduling and staggered start/end times AI-supported data collection and reporting platform (Hi Rasmus) Weekly staff game day with prizes Monthly staff lunches Quarterly team outings Daily paid wellness break Weekly staff recognition and shout-outs Opportunities for advancement as new centers open throughout the DFW market If it’s listed here, it’s real.
