Special Education/Exceptional Children Teacher Framework, a K-12 staffing company, is partnered with Fauquier County Public Schools in Fauquier County VA as well as Durham Public Schools in Durham, NC to recruit full time Special Education/Exceptional Children Teachers for the 2025-2026 school year (PK- high school). We are offering an extremely attractive package with a highly competitive salary (10% higher), full benefits, and $10,000 incentives/ retention bonuses. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s preferred). Valid teaching certification in Special Education in VA or enrolled in residency program. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Ability to pass a federal-level background check, which may include fingerprinting. Experience working in Inclusion. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to adapt instructional methods to diverse learning styles and needs.
