Host- Buffet & Event Catering (Urgently Hiring) — Clarksville, IN

We are seeking friendly, organized, and outgoing hosts to welcome guests and ensure a smooth, enjoyable dining and theatre experience. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host plays a key role in setting the tone for exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and take them to their assigned table/tables

• Communicate effectively with the serving team and management regarding seating, timing, and guest needs.

• Answer guest questions about the menu, show schedule, and theatre policies.

• Assist with check-in procedures for reservations and group bookings.

• Coordinate with the box office and kitchen to ensure accurate guest counts.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and entrance areas.

• Handle special accommodations and accessibility requests with care and professionalism.

• Provide support to servers, bussers, and management as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or hosting preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.

• Ability to remain calm and organized during high-volume service periods.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

• Must be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts , as these are our primary show times.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly between tables and theatre areas.
