Encore Oilfield Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Parts & Materials Coordinator to support our West Texas operations. This position is responsible for coordinating parts and materials procurement, inventory, stocking, and distribution to area mechanics, facilities, and customer requests.

The Parts & Materials Coordinator will work closely with Operations, AMS, Shops, Management, Accounting, warehouse personnel, vendors, and field mechanics to ensure parts and materials are sourced efficiently, properly documented, and delivered when needed.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with parts, purchasing, inventory management, mechanical service, or the natural gas compression industry is highly preferred.

Essential Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize calls and requests for parts and materials.
• Source, procure, and coordinate the shipment of parts and materials needed to support field and shop operations.
• Work with warehouse personnel to assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and distributing parts and materials.
• Create and track approved internal and purchase requisitions for parts, services, and expenses.
• Purchase stock orders as needed to maintain appropriate inventory levels for local demand.
• Obtain pertinent information from suppliers at the time of purchase order issuance to ensure accurate and efficient processing according to company policy.
• Communicate clearly and timely with cross-functional personnel, including Operations, AMS, Shops, Management, and Accounting .
• Provide updates regarding the status of requested parts and materials, including order status, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Process all daily paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with supply chain procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of parts, materials, purchases, and inventory transactions.
• Participate in cycle counting and physical inventory counting.
• Assist with the organization and maintenance of warehouse and parts areas.
• Coordinate the pickup and delivery of parts and materials to facilities and jobsites.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed, including hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and parts trailers.
• Comply with all applicable safety, environmental, and PPE policies and procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Handle special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience in the compression, mechanical service, parts, or purchasing industry.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience , or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Previous experience working in a parts department, warehouse, purchasing, inventory, mechanical service, or related environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Must be available for on-call parts/materials requests 24/7 .

Preferred

• Parts department experience in the natural gas compression or mechanical service industry .
• Knowledge of gas compression equipment and related industry equipment.
• Experience with parts purchasing and procurement.
• Experience working with inventory management systems and multiple warehouses.
• Forklift operator certification.
• Experience supporting field mechanics or service operations.
• Experience operating delivery vehicles or pulling parts trailers.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally .
• Frequently stand, bend, squat, climb, stoop, twist, and reach.
• Work at elevated heights when necessary.
• Operate material handling equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, delivery vehicles, and parts trailers.
• Pick up and deliver parts and materials to company facilities and jobsites.
• May be required to pull a parts trailer.
• Work safely around shop, warehouse, mechanical, and industrial environments.
• Must be able to safely perform all essential job functions while wearing required PPE.

Work Environment

This position supports Encore's West Texas operations and works as part of a small team of warehouse and parts personnel. The Parts & Materials Coordinator will regularly interact with Operations, AMS, Shops, Management, Accounting, mechanics, vendors, and other company personnel.

The position operates in a fast-paced parts, warehouse, and industrial environment and may require travel between facilities and jobsites to pick up or deliver parts and materials. The position also requires availability for 24/7 on-call parts and materials requests .
