Overview Are you a Technical Project Manager with a background in energy storage who is looking to join a forward-thinking company offering hands-on training and clear career progression? This is a long-term, permanent opportunity with a rapidly growing renewable energy business. You’ll be working in a state-of-the-art facility, developing your technical expertise, and positioning yourself for future growth into senior and executive-level roles. My client is an innovative leader in the renewable energy sector, specializing in energy and battery storage solutions. Base pay $140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Salary - $140,000 - $170,000 + Medical & Dental + 401k + PTO + Bonuses + Relocation Support Responsibilities Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards for scheduled projects. Support engineering with researching and evaluating hardware and software technology options for each project. Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects and initiatives. Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working towards established milestones. Manage customer relations and ensure all contracts are fulfilled, exceeding customers’ expectations.
