The test engineer will maintain a development environment, incorporate industry standards and best practices to ensure software development follows a structured development, test, and release management process.**Job Duties:*** Applies industry standards and best practices for managing test tool and software development.* Adheres to change management, configuration control and enforcement of service level agreements.* Analyzes user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures in support of system requirements specifications.* Analyzes system requirements and provide feedback to technical delivery team**Minimum Qualifications:*** **Active TS/SCI is required*** Five (5) or more years’ experience with system requirements, system development and implementation, system testing, configuration management processes.* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Science, Computer Science, or related quantitative science field* Experience following a formal procedure for coordinating system integration activities among multiple teams, ensuring complete coverage of all interfaces* Experience supporting the federal government or DoD**Desired Qualifications:*** Experience supporting system requirements and system integration at the enterprise level* Ability to work collaboratively across agencies and physical locations* Experience with Agile Software Development**Basic Compensation:**$132,300.00 - $161,600.00**This is for the Washington, DC Metro Area Only)**The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.**KBR Benefits**KBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
