Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment, which will be conducive to the best interests and welfare of the residents.## Qualifications* Maintain required hours of Alzheimer’s and related dementia-specific training as required by state regulations each year.* Must be 18 years of age or older.* Ability to read, write and speak English.* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.* Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.* Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual.* Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.* Must practice and promote Meridian Policies and Procedures, Mission Statement, Core Values and Founding Principles.* Previous experience working with the elderly.* Exceptional organizational skills.* Must meet all health requirements.* Must pass criminal background check.* Must hold a valid HHA Certificate* Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities (essential job functions), with or without reasonable accommodation.*Meridian Senior Living is an Equal Opportunity Employer* #J-18808-Ljbffr Esplanade of Woodmere
