- Conduct property tours and showcase community amenities
- Assist residents and prospective tenants in both English and Spanish
- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in
- Process rental applications, lease renewals, notices, and resident documentation
- Maintain accurate resident records and organized files
- Follow up with leads and support community marketing efforts
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resident support
- Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
- Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with property management software is a plus
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred
