Manufacturing Associate

Assist in various stages of the production and assembly process. Use hand and power tools while working from blueprints. Prepare, organize, and stage materials for production. Monitor production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operation. Load, unload, and transport materials and finished products. Package and prepare finished products for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Clean and lubricate equipment as needed. Lift and move materials safely, following all safety guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience: Experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or general labor. Comfortable using hand tools. Prior industrial or manufacturing experience required.

Preferred Qualities: Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and grow within the role. Friendly, coachable, and dependable. Ability to communicate in English or Spanish (depending on department).

Choose from flexible shift options:

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Optional overtime available on Saturdays

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, CT.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.90 - $18.90/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
