The Role: What You'll Do As a Pool Service Technician, you are the CEO of your own route. You will manage a daily schedule of residential pools, ensuring every site is "swim-ready" and equipment is running at peak performance. Chemical Management: Test and balance water chemistry using provided professional kits. Comprehensive Cleaning: Vacuuming, skimming, and brushing pools to Clear Horizon standards. Equipment Maintenance: Empty baskets, Equipment Inspections, and perform basic troubleshooting. Customer Care: Leave detailed digital service logs for homeowners and maintain a professional, friendly presence on-site.
