Lab Associate - Phlebotomist
Join our Phlebotomy Laboratory team to be an integral part of delivering precise and reliable laboratory results that impact patient outcomes positively.
Full Time - BENEFITS
Monday and Friday, Rotating Weekends
Evenings, 3pm-11:30pm
Role Purpose
Performs non-blood and blood specimen collection, specimen handling/routine processing and clerical duties associated with specimen collection.
Responsibilities
- Perform phlebotomy, positive patient identification, and positive patient interaction, proper collection and specimen integrity.
- Coordinate a simultaneous series of tasks accurately, including STAT orders and fluctuation in workload, prioritizing work to complete within scheduled hours and established turnaround times.
- Interact with lab, clinical and other ancillary departments.
