Our client is a respected plaintiff personal injury law firm representing individuals who have sustained life-altering injuries due to commercial vehicle accidents, oil and gas incidents, and other catastrophic events. Position Overview:
The firm is seeking an experienced and highly motivated  Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling catastrophic injury cases, including commercial vehicle accidents and oil and gas-related claims. This role requires at least 5 years of litigation experience in personal injury law and  full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to effectively serve a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced, high-stakes legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, trial, and post-trial procedures

• Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and subpoenas

• Organize, manage, and review large volumes of case materials and evidence

• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel in both English and Spanish

• Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation

• Review and summarize medical records, accident reports, and witness statements

• Maintain detailed and organized litigation files and databases

• Track deadlines and ensure timely filings and responses in compliance with court rules

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience in personal injury, preferably catastrophic injury or complex liability cases

• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, court rules, and case strategy

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Advanced proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and support attorneys in a fast-paced environment

• Trial preparation experience strongly preferred
